1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kids Stories Hub website (kidsstorieshub.com) and/or the Kids Stories Hub mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Description of Services

Kids Stories Hub provides:

• Children's bedtime stories with text and audio narration
• Educational games and interactive learning activities
• Sleep sounds and relaxation content
• Related features accessible through our website and mobile application

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Parental Responsibility & Content Review

• Content Review: Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to review and preview all stories, games, and content before allowing their children to access them. While we strive to provide age-appropriate content, parents should verify suitability based on their child's individual needs, age, and maturity.
• Supervision: We recommend that parents supervise their children's use of the Services, especially for children under 8 years old.
• Screen Time: Parents are responsible for managing their children's screen time and digital well-being.
• Audio Content: Parents should listen to audio stories and verify content before allowing children to listen independently.
• In-App Purchases: Parents must manage device-level parental controls and payment settings to prevent unauthorized purchases by children.
• Reporting: If you find any content that you believe is inappropriate for children, please report it immediately through our Contact Form or email us at kidsstorieshub@gmail.com.

4. User Accounts

• Account creation is available via Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accounts created for children must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

5.1 Premium Subscriptions

• The Kids Stories Hub mobile app may offer premium subscription plans (monthly and/or annual).
• Subscriptions provide access to premium content and features as described in the app.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at the time of purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal charge will be billed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original subscription.

5.2 In-App Purchases

• Certain features or content packs may be available as one-time in-app purchases.
• All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or app store policies.
• Parents are responsible for enabling parental controls on their devices to prevent accidental or unauthorized purchases.

5.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the period ends.
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they process all payments.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period. We will provide notice of price changes through the app or app store notifications.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our Services, including but not limited to stories, illustrations, audio recordings, games, animations, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Kids Stories Hub or its licensors.
• Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without our express written permission.
• Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted solely for enjoying the Services as intended.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the mobile application
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Services
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Services' operation

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• We do not guarantee that all content is suitable for every child at every age. Parents are responsible for reviewing content suitability.
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including educational materials.
• The educational content provided is supplementary and should not replace formal education or professional guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Kids Stories Hub, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any harm resulting from a child's unsupervised use of the Services.
• We are not responsible for content accessed through third-party links or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kids Stories Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your child's use of the Services under your account or supervision
• Any unauthorized purchases made through your account
